摘要
对一个发生滤网堵塞的车用柴油样品进行研究,分别测定其氧化安定性预过滤物、总污染物、阻塞性、具有氧化活性的可溶性大分子物等性质。研究结果表明,发生滤网堵塞的主要原因是加入的有机酸型抗磨剂与柴油中的胺类化合物发生聚集,形成胶粒引起的;我国目前的车用柴油标准中有关洁净度的指标不能反映柴油的真实洁净度,应考虑增加阻塞性或总污染物指标。
To understand the reason of filter membrane blocking of automobile diesel, the amount of residue by pre-filtering the diesel fuel for the oxidation stability test, the total contamination, the filterblocking tendency, and the soluble macromolecules with oxidation activity (SMORS) was determined. The results indicate that the colloidal particle formed by conglomeration of organic acid additives and amines in diesel fuels is the main reason for the blocking. The current domestic automotive diesel standards of cleanliness (GB 19147-2013) cannot reflect the reality of the diesel engine cleanliness, and the filter-blocking tendency or total contamination items should be considered.
