摘要 主要报道金刚石-SiC、纳米结构金刚石-TiC、金刚石-金刚石直接成键型三种典型金刚石聚晶材料的制备与表征,详细叙述了纳米结构金刚石-TiC聚晶的制备过程。对三种金刚石聚晶材料的硬度、热稳定性、导电性进行了分析,并对它们的性能进行了比较。 This article mainly introduces the preparation and characterization ot three typical types of diamond polycrystalline materials (diamond-SiC, nanostructured diamond- TiC and diamond-diamond direct bonding type) and gives a detail description of the preparation of nanostructured diamond-TiC polycrystalline. In addition, the rigidity, thermostability and electroconductivity of these three types of diamond polycrystalline materials have been analysed and their per[ormances have been compared.
