摘要
阐述分析了单质锌粉在单质及预合金配方体系中,分别在钟罩炉及连续炉中制备花岗岩小锯片时,锌粉的作用特点及冶金与工艺因素对锯片烧结质量、锋利度和使用寿命的影响。
The characteristcis of the function of elemental zinc powder of elemental formula and pre-alloy formula and the influence of metallurgical and technological factors on the sintering quality,sharpness and service life of the saw bit during the manufacturing process of small saw bit for granite cutting in bell-type furnace and continuous furnace respectively have been illustrated and analysed in this article.
