预应力硬质合金顶锤的研制

摘要 研究表明,在高温高压的合成状态下,六面顶顶锤46°斜面中心对称线下方存在的切向拉应力是产生纵向裂纹和断裂的主要原因。预应力顶锤的表面存在的预压应力可抵消部分拉应力,降低了顶锤在工作状态的应力水平。文章阐述了顶锤预应力的形成机制并对样品进行残余应力检测,证实了残余压应力的存在。试制的一批试用顶锤,相比传统顶锤使用寿命有显著提高。 Research shows that under the HTHP synthesis conditions,the tangential tensile stress underneath the central symmetric line of the 46°incline plane of the cubic apparatus anvil is the main cause of longitudinal crack and fracture.Compressive pre-stress on the surface of prestressed anvil can offset part of the tensile stress,so the stress level of anvil under working conditions has been reduced.In this article,the formation mechanism of the prestress of anvil has been explained and the residual stress test for the samples has been conducted.The test result confirms the existence of residual compressive stress.A batch of anvils have been manufactured for trial use,and their service life has been significantly improved compared to that of the ordinary anvils.
