企业档案服务机制创新浅议

Study on Renovation of Service Mechanism of Enterprise Archives

企业档案是企业各项管理的基础,在市场经济条件下,如何科学有效地开发利用档案信息资源,使之更好地为企业改革和发展服务。现行的档案管理模式是计划经济时期的产物,已不能完全适应市场经济体制,需要对传统的服务机制进行改革,建立与社会经济以及企业发展相适应的档案服务新机制。文章结合黄河上游水电开发有限责任公司实际,就如何开展档案服务机制创新、推动档案事业发展进行探讨。

The enterprise archives are the basis of the enterprise management.In condition of market economy, it is important to explore how to effectively develop and utilize the archive data resources and have them serve the enterprise reform and development .The current archive management mode is the product of the planning economic time.It cannot satisfy the market economic system.The conventional service mechanism shall be reformed to establish the new archive service mechanism which is applicable for social , economic and enter-prise development.In the paper, how to renovate archive service mechanism and drive the archive business development are explored in accordance with the actual practice of Huanghe Hydropower Development Co., Ltd.
