The progress of janus kinases-signal transducer and activators of transcription signaling pathway in neuropathic pain

摘要 背景神经病理性疼痛(neuropathic pain,NP)是一种最常见的、最棘手的慢性疼痛之一。酪氨酸激酶信号转导和转录激活因子(janus kinases-signal transducer and activators of transcription, JAKs-STATs)信号通路是介导细胞反应的重要信号通路系统,近年有研究表明JAKs-STATs信号通路参与NP。目的探讨JAKs-STATs信号通路参与NP的机制。内容分别从JAKs-sTATs信号通路生物学特性、JAKs-STATs信号通路对NP调节机制的研究现状进行综述。趋向为更好地治疗NP提供理论依据。 Background Neuropathic pain (NP) is one of the most common and tricky chronic pain. Janus kinases signal transducer and activators of transcription (JAKs-STATs) signaling pathway is an important signaling pathway in mediating cell reaction system. In recent years, studies have shown that JAKs-STATs signaling pathway is closely related to NP. Objective To explore the mechanisms of JAKs-STATs signaling pathway in NP. Content This article firstly reviewed the biological characteristics of JAKs-STATs signaling pathway; then reviewed the current studies about the regulating mechanism of JAKs-STATs signaling pathway in NP. Trend It provides a new theory basis for the treatment of NP.
