摘要
目的 分析病毒性心肌炎患儿血microRNA-1(miR-1)含量与其心功能的相关性.方法 将30例病毒性心肌炎患儿(观察组)及30例健康儿童(对照组)作为研究对象,对比两组患儿血miR-1含量、左心功能(EF值)及心输出量(CO值)差异,同时分析观察组中血miR-1含量与EF及CO值的相关性.结果 观察组血miR-1含量、EF值及CO值均明显低于对照组(t=7.853,P=0.000;t=9.589,P=0.000;t =3.965,P=0.000);同时观察组中患儿处于病毒性心肌炎急性期时其血miR-1含量、EF值及CO值均明显低于恢复期(t=-8.020,P=0.000;t=-3.681,P=0.000;t-2.311,P=0.012).经相关性分析显示,在病毒性心肌炎急性期或病毒性心肌炎恢复期时,患儿血miR-1含量均与EF值及CO值均存在显著的正向相关性(P<0.05).结论 毒性心肌炎患儿血miR-1含量、EF值及CO值均明显低于健康儿童,且其下降程度与心功能存在正向相关性.
Objective To analyze the correlation between microRNA-1 (miR-1) level in blood and cardiac function from children with viral myocarditis.Methods Thirty children with viral myocarditis (observation group) and 30 healthy children (control group) were recruited as the research objects.The data of blood miR-1 level,left ventricular function (EF value),and cardiac output (CO) of two groups were collected and the correlation of miR-1 level with EF and CO values was analyzed.Results For the observation group,blood miR-1 level,EF values and CO values were significantly lower than those of the control group (t =7.853,P =0.000;t =9.589,P =0.000;t =3.965,P =0.000).In the observation group,blood miR-1 levels,EF values and CO values at acute stage were significantly lower than those in the convalescent stage(t=-8.020,P=0.000;t=-3.681,P=0.000;t=-2.311,P=0.012).Correlation analysis indicated that blood miR-1 level showed significantly positive correlations with EF values and CO values,both at acute stage and at convalescent stage (P 〈 0.05).Conclusions The blood miR-1 levels,EF values and CO values of children with virus myocarditis were significantly lower than those of healthy children,and the degree of reduction had positive correlations with cardiac function.
