摘要
对国企现行绩效考核存在的问题进行了分析;从构建合理的结构性报酬制度、职务消费制度和重视高层次精神需求的角度,对经营管理者有效的激励机制进行了初步探讨。
This article analyzed problems existed in the present achievements assessment of state-owned company, in terms of constructive reasonable rewards system, post consumption system, and focus on advanced spiritual needs, author discusses the effective stimulating system of managers.
