全髋关节和人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄患者股骨颈骨折的临床效果比较

Observation on effect of patients with fracture of actual application of total hip replacement for treatment of elderly patients with femoral neck

目的：观察为高龄患者股骨颈骨折患者应用全髋关节置换术治疗的实际效果。方法：选取2012年8月-2014年2月我院收治的高龄老年股骨颈骨折患者100例，将其分成实验组50例，对照组50例，对照组行人工股骨头置换术，实验组行全髋关节置换术，比较2组手术效果。结果：实验组髋关节恢复优良率为70．0％，髋部肿痛发生率为2．0％，与对照组的44．0％、10．0％比较，差异存在统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：为高龄患者股骨颈骨折患者应用全髋关节置换术治疗，效果满意，值得进一步应用。

Objecit ve：To observe the effect of patients with fracture of the actual application of total hip replacement for the treat-ment of elderly patients with femoral neck.Me thod s：choose the elderly femoral neck in 2012 08 to 2014 02 months admitted to our hospital with fractures in 100 patients, divided into the experimental group 50 cases, control group 50 cases, control group under-went artificial femoral head replacement, the experimental group underwent total hip replacement, operation effect was compared be-tween the two groups.Results：the excellent and good rate of experimental group was 70%recovery of hip,hip paln occurrence rate was 2%, compared with a control group of44 %, 10%, there were significant differences（P〈0 .05）.Conc lusion： the applica-tion of fracture in patients with total hip replacement in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral neck , for satisfactory results, might be worthy of further application.
