摘要
设计了3种含硼储氢合金炸药的配方,通过进行水下爆炸实验,对水下爆炸能量输出进行了研究,并对含硼储氢合金炸药的能量进行理论分析。结果表明,氢氧化产生的高温环境和水蒸气能够促进硼粉表面氧化层的蒸发和分解,从而提高硼粉的氧化速率和氧化率;含硼储氢合金炸药之所以产生高能量,是含硼合金与氢气共同作用的结果。
In this paper, three formulas of explosive with boron-containing hydrogen-storage-alloy were designed, the underwater explosion energy was tested, and the energy of explosive with boron-containing hydrogen-storage-alloy were researched theoretically. The result shows that high temperature and vapour generated by combustion of hydrogen can promote the process of evaporation and disintegration of B2O3 on surface of boron particles, thereby it improves the oxidation velocity and ratio of boron particles. It’s the combined reaction of boron-containing alloy with hydrogen that explosive with boron-containing hydrogen-storage-alloy releases high energy.
