摘要
本文通过研究俄罗斯20世纪20年代以来学校数学教学质量变化的过程,指出了知识质量提高和下降的阶段,阐述了教学改革对学习过程、知识水平提高和下降的影响。
The article follows the dynamics of changes in the quality of school mathematics education since 1920s and gives a comparative quantitative assessment. It also defines growth and decline periods of the quality of knowledge and indicates some factors influencing the processes of growth and decline of leaming and knowledge quality.
