摘要
以贵州特色的小香猪为筛选源,采用平板涂布法从香猪粪便中筛选出29株具双歧杆菌形态特征的菌株。有6株菌降胆固醇能力好且耐酸耐胆盐性能良好,其中BZ24对胆固醇的去除能力最高,降胆固醇率达到33.39%。生理生化试验表明,这6株菌分别为小猪双岐杆菌1株、青春双岐杆菌1株、猪双岐杆菌2株、动物双歧杆菌2株。
Twenty-nine strains with morphological characteristics of Bifidobacterium were isolated by plate smearing method from the feces of Guizhou Xiang pigs, aming which 6 strains had good cholesterol-reducing, acidresisting and bile salt-resisting ability, and BZ24 had the best cholesterol-reducing ability and the cholesterol-removing rate reached 33.39%. By physiological and biochemical identification, they were one strain of Bifidobacteria choerinum, one strain of B. adolescentis, two strains of B. suis, two strains of B. animalis.
