基于产业价值链的秋刀鱼产业发展研究

Study on saury industry development based on industry value chain

为了进一步推动我国秋刀鱼产业的可持续发展,在分析价值链理论的基础上构建了包含4项基本活动和7项辅助活动的秋刀鱼产业价值链,量化分析了我国秋刀鱼产业价值链各环节价值增值的现状。结果显示,我国秋刀鱼深加工国内销售的价值增值最大,秋刀鱼捕捞、初加工及国际贸易环节的价值增值较少,辅助活动对秋刀鱼产业的增值影响显著。从企业壮大、科技进步、深加工发展、人才储备和休闲文化5个方面提出了秋刀鱼产业价值链优化的途径。

In order to further promote the sustainable development of saury industry in China, we constructed saury industry value chain with four basic activities and seven auxiliary activities based on the analysis of value chain theory. Quantitative analysis showed the present situation of saury industry value chain in the value-added of each link in our country, that the maximum values of saury was deep processing of domestic sales, while saury fishing, pretreating and international trade got less value-added, and auxiliary activities in saury industry had valueadded effect significantly. And this paper propound optimal approaches for saury industry value chain with five aspects like enterprise development, science and technology progress, deep processing, talent pool and leisure culture.
