奶山羊乳蛋白水平及其与羔羊绝对生长的相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了更好地开发羔羊代乳料,试验对河南奶山羊初乳和常乳中乳蛋白水平及羔羊早期绝对生长体重、主要体尺等生长发育指标进行了测定,并进行了乳蛋白水平与生长发育指标间的相关性分析。结果表明:奶山羊初乳中乳蛋白含量随着泌乳期的延长呈上升趋势,初乳期后随着母羊泌乳天数的增加(6-7 d后)而呈现下降趋势;公羔和母羔的绝对生长体重在初乳期平稳增加,初乳期后呈现出下降趋势;羔羊体尺指标在3个月的生长期均呈现平稳上升趋势;母羊乳蛋白水平与羔羊早期体重的绝对增长呈显著正相关(P〈0.05),与公羔和母羔早期体重绝对增长的相关系数分别为0.8801和0.7491,与体尺生长没有相关性。说明母羊乳蛋白水平在初乳和常乳期中有明显差异,并对羔羊早期绝对生长产生重要影响,其中体重的绝对生长与乳蛋白水平呈明显正相关。 To better develop milk replacer for iambs, the protein levels of eolostrum and normal milk from Henan dairy goat, and the indicators of growth and development of the lambs including the absolute growth of early body weight and major body size indexes were determined. The correlation analysis was conducted between the milk protein levels and the indicators of growth and development. The results showed that the protein content in the eolostrum of dairy goat presented an upward trend with the prolongation of lactation period, and then presented a downward trend after the colostrum period with the increase of lactating days of ewes ( after 6 to 7 d). The absolute growth of body weight between the male and female lambs showed a steady increase in the colostrum period and then presented a downward trend after the colostrum period. The body size indexes of the lambs showed a steady upward trend during three months of growth period. The milk protein level of the ewes bad a significant positive correlation ( P 〈 0.05 ) with the absolute growth of early body weight of the lambs. The correlation coefficients with the absolute growth of early body weight were 0. 880 1 and 0. 749 1 between the male and female lambs,respectively. While there was no correlation between the milk protein level of dairy goat and the growth of body size. The results indicate that there are obvious differences in the milk protein levels of the ewes during the colostrum and normal milk periods, and the milk protein levels of ewes have an important impact on the early absolute growth of the lambs,thereinto,the absolute growth of body weight has a significant positive correlation with the milk protein level.
