摘要
为了研究2种来源的植酸酶对5种常用饲料原料中植酸磷的体外降解效果,试验采用体外试验方法,在温度37℃和p H值5.5条件下,在5种原料中分别添加相同剂量不同来源的植酸酶。结果表明:不同饲料原料中植酸磷含量差异较大,2种植酸酶水解玉米、豆粕、棉粕和麸皮240 min降解率均差异不显著(P>0.05),植酸酶Ⅰ水解菜籽粕240 min降解率极显著高于植酸酶Ⅱ(P<0.01)。说明毕赤酵母源植酸酶降解5种饲料原料中植酸磷的总体效果优于大肠杆菌源植酸酶。
To study the effects of phytase from two different sources on the degradation in vitro of the phytate phosphorus in the five kinds of commonly used feed materials. An in vitro experimental method was used under the conditions of a temperature of 37 ℃ and a pH value of 5.5, the same doses of the phytase from different sources were added into the five kinds of commonly used feed materials ,respectively. The results showed that the contents of the phytate phosphorus in different feed materials were quite different. There were no significant differences ( P 〉 0.05 ) on the 240 rain degradation rates of the phytate phosphorus using two kinds of phytase to hydrolyze corn,soybean meal,cottonseed meal and bran, the 240 min degradation rate of the phytate phosphorus using the phytase I to hydrolyze rapeseed meal was significantly higher (P 〈0.01 ) than that using the phytase II. The resuhs indicate that the overall effect using the phytase from Pichia pastoris to degrade the phytate phosphorus in the five kinds of commonly used feedstuffs is better than that using the phytase from Escherichia coli.
