葫芦粗多糖对小鼠红细胞及细胞因子免疫功能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为了观察维吾尔药源性多糖[4种分级葫芦粗多糖(LSP)]对正常小鼠红细胞免疫功能及血清中白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和小鼠转化生长因子beta1(TGF-β1)含量的影响,试验采用红细胞花环形成法和ELISA法测定了LSP对正常小鼠红细胞免疫功能和血清中IL-2和TGF-β1含量的影响。结果表明:LPS能剂量依赖性地提高小鼠红细胞C3b受体花环形成率,提高小鼠血清中IL-2水平,同时降低血清中TGF-β1含量。在4种分级LSP中,LSP80%高剂量组和LSP30%高剂量组的免疫作用显著高于空白对照组(P<0.05)。说明LSP可通过调节小鼠红细胞免疫功能和细胞因子免疫而发挥对机体的免疫调节作用。 To observe the effects of Uyghur drug - induced polysaccharides including four kinds of grading Lagenaria siceraria polysaccharides (LSP) on the immune function of the red blood cells in normal mice and the contents of serum interleukin -2 (IL- 2 ) and mouse transforming growth factor betal ( TGF betal ), The methods of erythrocyte rosette formation test and the enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) were used to determine the effects of the LSP on the immune function of red blood cells and the contents of serum IL - 2 and TGF beta 1 in normal mice. The results showed that the LSP could dose -dependently increase the formation rate of mouse erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette, and in- crease the level of serum IL - 2 in mice, and reduce the content of serum TGF beta 1 at the same time. In the four kinds of grading USP,The immune function the in high dose group with 80% LSP and the high dose group with 30% LSP was significantly higher ( P 〈 0. 05 ) than that in the blank control group. The results indicate that the LSP play a role in the immune regulation of body through regulating the immune function of the red blood cells and cytokine immune.
