摘要 甘薯产品根据用途可划分为3种类型:茎尖产品、淀粉类产品以及鲜食类产品,而甘薯加工具有取材方便、就地加工、用途广泛、效益明显等多种优点,因此主要介绍了甘薯淀粉、粉条生产技术以及甘薯粉皮晾制技术,为推动甘薯加工业的健康发展提供了有益参考。 Sweet potato products could be classified into three types:stem apex of products,starch products and fresh eating products.Sweet potato processing had lots of advantages,such as drawing materials convenient, processing locally,with wide use and obvious benefit.So the sweet potato starch and vermicelli processing technology, sheet jelly air-curing technology were mainly introduced, the aim was to provide a valuable reference for the health development of sweet potato processing industry.
