Automation Upgrading and Reconstruction of Coal Mill System for Hami Pellet Plant

通过对球团厂原有的煤磨系统运行、操作情况进行分析,发现存在的问题和亟待解决的故障隐患。基于节约、高效、便于维护的改造原则,利用目前已有的PLC系统,提出系统改造升级的实施方案,并根据实施后的运行情况评价改造效果。

Through the analysis on the operation and handling situations of the original coal mill system i existing problem, fault and hidden danger that-needs urgent solution are found out. Based on the reconstructi economy, high efficiency, and easy maintenance, with the existing PLC system, implementation plan of system reconstruction is brought out. According to the operation conditions, assessment on reconstruction effect will b n pellet plant, on principle of upgrading and e carried out.
