摘要
以不同中国南瓜为砧木的嫁接黄瓜为试验材料,对嫁接黄瓜的产量与农艺性状进行相关性分析和逐步回归分析,结果表明,嫁接黄瓜各处理的叶面积大小、瓜形指数均高于对照H,且处理S706、S835与对照均存在显著性差异。株高生长速度、接穗粗、果形指数、单瓜重与产量均达到了显著性正相关,而第一雌花着生节位与产量评价呈负相关。可利用多元线性回归方程Y=29.092x1+1.338x2-181.275x4+33.951x7-1765.296进行优良黄瓜砧木筛选,确定可靠的砧木筛选指标体系,从而为砧木的选育提供理论依据。
Cucumbers which were grafted by rootstocks of different pumpkins,were used to study the yield and the agronomic traits by the correlation analysis and the stepwise regression analysis.It showed that leaf area、L /D of grafted cucumbers were higher than control cultivar H,and S706,S835 play significant difference with H. The growth rate of plant height,diameter of cion,L /D,weight of single fruit play significantly positive correla-tion with yield evaluation,while the node of the first female flower was negatively correlated with the yield eval-uation.The multiple linear regression equation y =29.092x1 +1 .338x2 -181 .275x4 +33.95 1 x7 -1765.296 can be used to select excellent rootstocks for grafting cucumber and identify reliable rootstock selection index system,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the breeding of rootstock.
