长江中游城市群已上升为国家战略,湘鄂赣三省要把握发展机遇,发挥比较优势,加快编制区域规划,制定发展战略,创新体制机制,促进多层互动,开展进一步合作,提升对外影响力。合力推进长江中游城市群建设,成为支撑全面建成小康社会的"第四极"。

The urban agglomerations of Yangtze River has been upgraded to a national strategy. Hunan／Hubei and Jiangxi province should seize new development opportunities, develope comparison advantages, expite the items of the regional plan, formulate development strategy, adhere to the mechanism of innovation, boost the multi-layer interaction, conduct cooperation at a higher lever, and improve the influence in external relations. The progress of the urban agglomerations in the middle reaches of Yangtze river, becomes the 4th pole of supporting to advance China into a moderately prosperous society in an all-round.
