Practice and Thoughts on How to Improve Land Trust in China

随着经济发展,人地矛盾愈加尖锐,土地流转成为必然趋势。在绍兴、益阳、宿州等地,土地信托作为土地流转的新形式发展起来。文章归纳了土地信托的两种典型模式:益阳模式和宿州模式,简要介绍了两种模式的产生过程、主要做法以及主要特点,比较了两种模式的异同,指出了两种模式中存在的问题以及如何完善土地流转模式的思考。

With the development of economy, the contradiction between human and land is becoming increasingly acute, the rural land circulation will become an inevitable trend. As a new form of land circulation, land trust has developed in places such as Shaoxing, Yiyang, Suzhou. The article concludes two typical models of land trust ： Yiyang model and Suzhou model, then makes a brief introduction of the two models＇ producing process, main practice and feature, puts forward similarities and difference through comparing the models, and raises some questions and thoughts on how to improve the models.
