“过渡型社区”中外来务工人员融入及其影响因素——以武汉市F社区为例

The“Transitional Community”Integration of Migrant Workers and Its Influencing Factors——Taking F Community in Wuhan City for Example

随着我国城镇化进程的加快,在城市郊区出现了一种既不同于农村社区又不同于城市社区的"过渡型社区"。由于廉价的居住成本,这类社区成为外来务工人员的聚集地。如何行之有效地促使其外来务工人员更好地融入社区,是实现过渡型社区顺利转型的关键所在。文章以武汉市F社区为例,通过实地调查了解外来务工人员的社区融入情况,并分析影响外来务工人员融入社区的因素。为了解决外来务工人员社区融入难的问题,应该通过政府、社区、外来务工人员自身等多方共同努力,帮助外来务工人员改善其在城市的生存状况,拓展社会交往,提升自我认同,增强社区归属感,进而实现社区融入。

With the progress of urbanization in China, there appeared a kind of community which is not only different from the rural community, but also different from the urban community in the suburb of the city, which is called the ＂transitional community＂. Due to the cheap cost of living, this kind of community became a gathering place for migrant workers. How to prompt migrant workers to better integrate into the community effectively is the key to realizing the smooth transition of transitional community. This paper takes F community in Wuhan for example, learns the situation of community integration of migrant workers through field investigation into the community and analyzes the factors that influence the community integration of migrant workers. In order to solve the problems that migrant workers integrate the community difficultly, governments, communities and migrant workers themselves should make efforts together to help migrant workers to improve their living conditions in cities, expand the social interaction, enhance self-identity and strengthen the community sense of belonging, thus realize the community integration.
