摘要
奇善宝(寡糖生物制剂)作为一种有效的生物农药已被应用于多种农作物.本研究通过2年在油菜苗期、花期喷施奇善宝多组试验,发现在苗期喷施奇善宝可以壮苗防病,在抽苔期、盛花期喷施奇善宝可增产10%左右,同时可使油菜的抗冻性和抗病性分别提高65%和40%左右.将奇善宝与速克灵、甲基托布津、多菌灵等多种杀菌剂混合喷施可以起到增效作用,单独使用用量约450 m L/hm2,与杀菌剂混用用量约300 m L/hm2.
Qishanbao, 50 g/L Oligosaccharide, is known as an effective biopesticide and has been applied to various crops. We have conducted two-year-long field experiments with the spraying of Oligosaccharide on rape (Brassica campestris L. ) at both seedling and flowering stages. The result has revealed that the application of oligosaccharide at the seedling stage enhances the development and disease resistance of rape. Rape yield can increase by 10 percent when oligosaccharide is applied at bolting and full-bloom stages. Meanwhile, the crop's freezing resistance and disease resistance have been improved by 65 percent and 45 percent respectively. Mixed application of oligosaccharide with procymidone, thiophanate methyl and carbendazim has proved to have synergistic effect on rape. The optimal dosage of single application of ol-igosaccharide is 450 mL/hm, while that of mixed application with other bactericides is 300 mL/hm.
