摘要
设计的交流变频器由MSP430单片机电路、数码管显示和键盘电路、二极管整流电路、二极管整流保护电路、IPM模块电路等几个模块电路组成.数码管显示及键盘模块电路和IPM模块电路由单片机直接控制;电压整流部分是由二极管整流电路及其整流保护电路来控制;最后由单片机产生6路SPWM脉冲来实现对三相交流电机转速的开环控制.
The AC frequency inverter introduced here consists of several module circuits, which include MSP430 MCU circuit, digital tube display and keyboard circuit, diode rectifier circuit, diode rectifier protection circuit and IPM module circuit. Digital tube display, keyboard module circuit and IPM module circuit are under the direct control of single chip microcomputer. Voltage rectifier is controlled by diode rectifier and rectifier protection circuit. Finally, six SPWM pulses generated by single chip microcomputer are used to manipulate open-loop control of three-phase AC motor speed.
