简析国内外建筑节能指标评价体系研究现状

Research Status of the Evaluation Index System of Building Energy Efficiency in China and Abroad

建筑节能评价体系是综合衡量并推动建筑节能工作有效实施的重要手段。通过对比国内外几个具有代表性的评价体系,并对其评价方法及评价内容进行整理分析,剖析其优缺点并汲取可借鉴之处。针对我国严寒地区地域的特殊性、气候的不稳定性及多样性,为我国严寒地区建筑节能评价工作确定发展目标、指明发展方向。在完善我国严寒地区建筑节能评价体系的理论研究的同时,加快我国建筑节能评价体系从特殊向一般的发展进程,为建筑节能工作的未来发展奠定基石。

Evaluation system plays an important role in measuring and promoting building energy efficiency comprehensively and effectively. Several domestic and foreign representative evaluation systems are compared and analyzed, the advantages and disadvantages can be listed. It＇s essential and necessary in the cold region to enlighten the aim with the direction for the evaluation, and perfect the theory system of building energy result from the special area, various and instable climate. That＇s may lead the evaluation of building energy efficiency in China from special to general development process.
