摘要 用吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术测定食品级PET再生切片中挥发性有机物的分析方法,可对初级再生切片、中级再生切片和最终切片进行定性分析,并对食品级PET再生切片中含有的苯甲醛、柠檬烯、对甲基异丙基苯和GAMMA-萜品烯4种挥发性有机物进行定性定量、精密度和加标回收试验。实验说明了4种挥发性有机物的线性系数均大于0.999,定量下限为0.003~0.013mg/L,该法可以用于食品级PET再生切片中挥发性有机物的定性分析和4种挥发性有机物的定性和定量分析。 The method of purge and trap/gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was developed for the determination of volatile organic compounds in food grade PET renewable section.Using this method,the qualitative analysis of three kinds of PET renewable section and the qualitative and quantitative analysis of benzaldehyde,limonene,p-cymene,GAMMA-terpinene in food grade PET renewable section were proceeded.The results showed that the linear coefficients of these four kinds of volatile organic compounds were greater than 0.999,and the lower quantitative limit was 0.003~0.013mg/L.This method can be used for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the four kinds of volatile organic compounds in food grade PET renewable section.
