催化剂制备方法对丙酮气相合成异佛尔酮的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用浸渍法和机混法制备了2.5%KOH-30%MgO/Al2O3催化剂,以丙酮气相合成异佛尔酮反应为研究对象,在固定床反应器中对其进行了活性评价,并通过BET、XRD和TPD等手段对催化剂进行了表征分析。结果表明,机混催化剂活性较浸渍催化剂明显提高,丙酮的转化率和异佛尔酮的选择性分别为11.73%和62.95%。由表征结果可知,机混催化剂主要由镁铝氧化物组成,催化剂比表面积、孔容、碱量均较大,使得催化剂活性较高。 The 2.5%KOH-30% MgO/Al2O3 catalysts were prepared by impregnation method and machanic mixing method.The catalyst activity was evaluated in a fixed bed reactor for the reaction of vapour phase acetone condensation to isophorone,and the catalysts were characterized and analyzed by means of SEM,XRD and TPD.The machanically mixed catalyst activity was obviously higher,and the conversion of acetone and the selectivity of isophorone were 11.73% and 62.95%respectively.The characterization results showed that the machanically mixed catalyst was mainly composed of aluminum magnesium oxide.Its specific surface area,pore volume and alkali amount were higher than those of the impregnated catalyst,so the catalytic activity was high.
