创业团队声誉与新企业组织合法性关系研究

A Study on the Relationship between Entrepreneurial Team's Reputation and New Venture's Organizational Legitimacy

如何优化创业团队结构,更好地利用创业团队声誉促进组织合法性是新企业成长的重要前提。文章基于创业团队声誉与组织合法性视角,分析创业团队组成结构对创业团队声誉与组织合法性之间关系的调节作用。利用转型背景下209份中国新企业的数据,采用多元回归方法对研究假设进行了验证。研究结果显示:创业团队声誉与新企业组织合法性正相关。创业团队中具有行业经验的人数与年龄在40岁以上的人数分别正向调节创业团队声誉与组织合法性之间的关系。这一调节模型结论说明新企业可以通过提升创业团队声誉来促进新企业获得组织合法性,同时应注意通过优化创业团队组成结构,如行业经验人数和年龄结构,更有效地促进组织合法性。

How to optimize entrepreneurial team’s composition and better use entrepreneurial team’s reputation to facilitate organizational legitimacy is important for a new venture’s growth. Based on the perspective of entrepreneurial team’s reputa-tion and organizational legitimacy,we analyze the moderating effect of entrepreneurial team’s composition on the relationship between entrepreneurial team’s reputation and organizational legitimacy. According to the date collected from 209 China’s new ventures in the context of transformation,we employ multiple regression method to test the research hypotheses. The re-sults show that：the entrepreneurial team reputation is positively correlated with organizational legitimacy;the member num-ber of entrepreneurial team having industry experience and over 40 years of age positively moderate the relationship between entrepreneurial team’s reputation and organizational legitimacy respectively. The moderating model suggests that a new ven-ture can enhance organizational legitimacy by improving its entrepreneurial team’s reputation. Meanwhile, a new venture should also pay attention to the optimization of entrepreneurial team’s composition,such as the member number of industry experience and age structure in order to effectively facilitate its legitimacy.
