宏基因组技术及其在海洋微生物研究中的应用

摘要 宏基因组技术理论上能够覆盖了环境样品中包括的全部微生物,将它应用到海洋微生物研究可以更加全面真实地反映海洋微生物群落组成,同时大大拓展筛选新的基因或生物活性物质的来源。本文综述常规宏基因组学的研究方法,并重点介绍了目前国内外将宏基因组技术应用在海洋微生物研究中的进展和应用前景。
