摘要
应用模糊决策法对大型超市选址合理性进行了评价。首先,应用层次分析法构建了大型超市选址合理性评价指标体系,并计算各个指标权重;然后,根据石家庄永辉超市7个分店各评价指标值,应用模糊决策法进行排序,得出各评价指标Borda数;最后按加权Borda数大小排序,得出了7个分店选址合理性评价得分,由高到低,分别为民心广场店、东胜店、西美五洲店、小马店、财富大厦店、怀特店、新石店。实例表明,用模糊决策法对大型超市选址合理性进行评价,方法简便易行,评价结果合理全面。
In this paper, fuzzy decision method was used to evaluate the rationality of supermarket large location decision. Firstly, the rationality of supermarket location evaluation index system was established, and the weight of each index was calculated by the AHP. Then, according Shijiazhuang Yonghui Supermarket 7 stores each index value, fuzzy decision method was used to sorted. Evaluation index Borda's values were obtained. Finally, we sorted by weighted Borda'svalues. The location rationality evaluation score of supermarket's 7 stores were obtained. From high to low, the order is Minxinguangchang store, Ximeiwuzhou store, Xiaoma store, Caifudasha store, Huaite store, Xinshi store. The examples show that to evaluate the rationality of the large supermarket location with fuzzy decision method is simple and easy, and the evaluation results are reasonable comprehensive.
