摘要
在养老金制度并轨的大背景下,以科研院所为研究对象,分析了建立职业年金制度的必要条件,梳理了构建必要条件所面临的主要问题,有针对性提出解决问题的思路。
Under the background of the merger of the pension system, authors study the situations in scientific research institutes, and analysis necessary for the occupational pension system set up, comb the main problems faced by constructing the necessary, put forward ideas for targeted solutions.
