摘要
介绍了侧壁式超声波液位计的工作原理,设计了一种针对此类仪表的新型校准装置。通过采用激光测距方法,最大程度还原了被检仪表的工作环境,不仅操作方法简便,且测量误差较低,可对广泛用于检测密封容器的侧壁式超声波液位计及类似仪表开展准确有效的校准溯源。
With the introduction of the operational principle of sidewall ultrasonic level meter, a novel calibration equipment used for this kind of instrument is proposed in this paper. The designed equipment is able to largely reproduce the operating environment of the tested instrument via the method of laser ranging. Meanwhile, this equipment is easy to operate and has lower measurement error, therefore it can be used to conduct precise and effective calibration work on sidewall ultrasonic level meter or similar instruments, which are widely used in the test of sealed containers.
