摘要
介绍分辨力带宽的定义和校准方法,基于三点等区间搜索法的原理设计了算法和程序流程,结合计算机程序实现自动化校准。通过试验,自动测试与手动测试结果的一致性较好,证明算法合理可行,可提高工作效率,值得推广。
The accuracy of resolution bandwidth (RBW) directly affects the accuracy of phase noise measurement and noise power bandwidth measurement in spectrum analyzer. RBW has become one of the parameters which must be calibrated. This paper first introduces the definition of RBW and calibration method for RBW. According to the calibration principle, the core of the algorithm is the minimum search of electrical level increment. This paper ifrst introduces the deifnition of RBW and calibration method for RBW. Based on the principle of three equal interval dividing search, It also introduces the designs of algorithm and program lfow, realization of the automatic calibration combined with the computer program. Compared with manual test, the automatic method achieves the good consistency of test results though the tests. It is proven that the algorithm is reasonable and feasible and by this method can increase work efifciency. It is worth popularization and application.
