摘要
针对CJK6130数控车床,分析了卸料机械手的工作过程,提出了一种机械手结构和基于PLC的控制系统解决方案,介绍了机械手气动控制回路,并对输入输出信号和PLC的外部接线进行了阐述,同时设计了顺序控制功能图。
Analyzed the working principle of discharge manipulator of CJK6130 numerical control lathe andproposed a mechanical structure and a control system based on PLC solution for the manipulator. Introducedpneumatic control circuit of the manipulator,expounded the input and output signals and the PLC wiring,andfinally designed the sequence control function diagram.
