航空类专业实训基地校企协同管理模式研究

On College-Enterprise Collaborative Management of Training Base for Aeronautics Specialties

针对高职航空类专业实训基地建设与管理的实际要求,提出校企合作共建、共管、共享航空类专业实训基地的基本思路,并从组织管理、教学管理、师资管理、学生管理、设备管理等方面探讨了构建航空类专业实训基地校企协同管理模式的方法与途径。

According to the actual requirements of construction and management of the training base for aeronautics specialties in higher vocational colleges,this paper proposed that colleges and the enterprises involved may make joint efforts to build, manage and share the training base. The methods and ways of the college-enterprise collaborative management of the training base were explored from the perspectives of organizational management, teaching management, the management of teaching staff, trainees as well as the equipment.
