摘要
采用李克特5级量表分析系列创新教育活动对学生就业能力的影响。分析结果显示,创新教育不仅改变了学生对就业的思考和认识,而且明显提升了学生的就业能力。就如何加强创新教育来提升就业能力提出了一些建议。
This paper analyzes the impacts of innovative education on students＇ employability by using Likert5 scale method. The results show that innovative education has not only changed the students＇ thinking andunderstanding on employment but also improved their employability. It also puts forward some suggestions onhow to strengthen innovative education to enhance the employability of college students.
