亚极地海域SW5井快速建井技术 被引量:2

Fast Well Building Technology in Well SW5 in A Sub-arctic Marine Environment

摘要 SW5井是鄂霍次克海域一口重点定向探井。该海域地处俄罗斯远东地区,自然条件十分恶劣。地理上属于亚极地海洋环境,气温低、海冰重、风浪大。每年海上无冰钻井作业时间窗口仅有短短的三个月。按期完成钻井任务面临严峻挑战。优选高规格平台、提高建井速度、缩短作业周期是本海域钻井作业顺利完成的关键。为了提高建井速度,针对SW5井所处区域海况和设计特点优选使用了高规格钻井平台、井下复合钻具组合、长筒取心工具、旋转导向工具和地层封堵工具。新方法和新工具的使用克服了困扰亚极地海域钻井的诸多难题,大大提高了建井速度,缩短了作业周期,节约了时间成本,在有限时间窗口内顺利完成了这口重点探井的钻探任务。SW5井的快速建井技术为今后类似作业提供了经验。 Well SW5 was a key directional exploratory well in Okhotsk Sea.It was in the sub-arctic marine environment and harsh climatic condition in the Far East of Russia,where temperature was low with strong sea ice and wind and waves.It just has been a short period of three months for offshore drilling operations each year.Drilling operations in given time faced serious challenges.Choosing high standard rigs,improving the speed of well construction and shortening the drilling interval are key factors for smoothly completing the drilling project.According to the marine environment and design characters of Well SW5,high quality drilling platform,downhole BHA,long barrel coring tools,rotating steering tools and formation plugging tools were employed.By using the new methods and now tools,the problem encountered in the arctic environment were avoided,therefore the well construction speed was improved and operation period was shortened.The well construction technique used in Well SWS provides experience for similar operations in the future.
