摘要 2012年江河区低压注水系统注水井开井数43口,随着水质不断变化,腐蚀性逐渐增强(江河区的腐蚀速率为0.292mm/a)。因腐蚀造成测试遇阻有32井次,作业26井次(油管更换1067根),严重影响了正常生产。通过对江河区注水系统水性分析,明确污水腐蚀的原因,研究有效降低回注污水腐蚀性的治理方法,确保江河区"注水罐出口、计量站、注水井井口和注水井井下"四点一线回注污水水质稳定,为江河区"注够水、注好水"奠定基础。 In 2012,43 water injection wells were opened for low pressure water injection in Jianghe Area of Henan Oilfield,with the continuous changes of water quality,its corrosion had been gradually worsen(the corrosive rate was 0.292mm/a in the area).The testing was stopped for 32 times because of corrosion,the water injection operation was carried out in 26 wells(1067tubings were changed in operation),it seriously influenced normal production.By analyzing the situation in the water injection system in the area,the reason of corrosion is clarified,the method for preventing corrosion induced by sewage reinjection is effectively studied,by which stability of reinjected water quality is guaranteed from the outlet of water tank,water metering station,wellhead of injection wells and downhole locations of injected wells,it lays a foundation for well injection with sufficient water and water with good quality.
