Discussion of Employment Pattern with Effective Use of the Advantages in Affiliated Hospital Resources for Medical Students

发挥医学院校附属医院在医疗、教学和科研等方面的资源优势,可为医科毕业生营造最优的就业环境,为用人单位提供高素质医学人才。通过对医学生就业形势进行分析,结合附属医院的资源优势,采取"请进来"、"走出去",发挥"老关系"作用,利用附属医院资源对学生进行职业道德教育、择业观教育,提高学生就业竞争力等途径,探索有效利用附属医院资源的医学生就业模式。

This study tried to verify the advantage of the resources in clinical treatment, teaching and scientific research and other aspects in affiliated hospitals of medical colleges, thereby creating optimal employment environment for medical graduates, providing medical talents with high quality for employers. Through analysis of medical students＂ employment situation, in combination with the advantages of affiliated hospitals in medical resources, the method of ＂Inviting in＂ and ＂Going out＂ were carried out, and making full use of ＂traditional relationship＂ over these years could consolidate the relationship with cooperative employing units. Improving the employment competitiveness of medical students by the method of carrying out professional ethics education and career education for them using affiliated hospital resources can help explore the employment pattern of medical students.
