摘要
目的通过对公共管理专业(卫生事业管理方向)学生的调查,分析学生对卫生事业管理学的评价及认知,为改进卫生事业管理教学提出建议。方法基于认知学习理论,采用自填式问卷调查的方法,收集在校生和毕业生对卫生事业管理学的理论体系和教学内容的认知情况。结果调查发现,半数的学生认为卫生事业管理学的理论体系比较清晰,比较有兴趣。从不同章节的教学内容来看,普遍对各章节内容的感兴趣程度低于已经意识到的重要程度,但是对不同章节的感兴趣程度和重要程度评价存在差异。结论基于建构主义和行为认知主义学习理论,教学中需要结合学生的知识积累和学习兴趣,围绕教学目标和教学重点,对教学内容有所侧重,选择适宜的教学方法,引导学生深入思考学科问题,激发学生的兴趣,引导学生主动构建卫生事业管理的知识体系。
Objectives Based on the investigation among undergraduate students majoring in health management,to analyze students' cognition about the course of health management,and to put forward suggestions to improve health management education.Methods A investigation of students' reconition about the theoretical system and content of the health management cource was conducted with self-designed questioanire based on the theory of cognitive learning.Results According to the investigation,half of the students thought that the theoretical system of health management is clear and interesting.Generally,to different chapters,students' interest in the contents was lower than their cognition about the significance of the content.But students' evaluation on the degree of interest and significance varied in different chapters.Conclusions Based on the theory of constructivism and behavior cognitivism,approriate teaching methods should be chosen with focus on teaching objective and important part while taking studet's knowledge and interest into account.Students' should be encouraged into thinking displinary questions and construct their own knowledge system of health management.
