浙江省某医院体检对象血糖的一般特征及影响因素研究

Research of the General Characteristics and Influence Factors of Blood Glucose of Physical Examination Objects in a Hospital of Zhejiang Province

目的调查研究体检对象的血糖情况及影响因素。方法采用随机抽样的方法,选取2013年1—10月来医院体检的2 280名体检对象。采用空腹抽血测量血糖值,根据填写的一般情况及生活方式调查表获取其他数据信息。结果单因素方差分析显示,在不同性别、年龄、婚姻、职业这几方面差异均有统计学意义;比较血糖正常组及异常组发现,在饮食习惯、吸烟、喝酒及压力来源几个因素上差异均有统计学意义。以血糖正常或异常分组为因变量,通过多元逐步回归分析显示,性别、年龄、饮酒、饮食习惯、工作情况均与血糖异常相关。结论血糖异常者往往比正常人更常伴有吸烟、喝酒及饮食不均衡的情况,通过对生活方式的健康指导,强化饮食治疗、运动治疗,有助于血糖保持和控制在正常范围内。

Objectives To investigate the general characteristics and influence factors of blood glucose of physical examination objects.Methods Random samPling method was used to select 2 280 physical examination objects from January to October in 2013,and fasting blood glucose level and general information and lifestyle data were surveyed.Results The fasting blood glucose level was different between different sex,age,marriage,occuPation.The dietary habits,smoking and drinking and source of pressure were different between group of normal blood glucose and group of abnormal blood glucose.Multiple stepwise regression showed that gender,age,drinking,eating habits,and working conditions,were associated with abnormal blood glucose.Conclusions Smoking,drinking and unbalanced diet are certain negative factors on blood glucose,and through Proper guidance of healthy lifestyles,strengthening diet,exercise therapy can help maintain and control blood sugar within the normal range.
