随着信用卡市场的蓬勃发展,人们的消费观念也随之改变,从以往的储蓄观念转变为理性消费、个性消费和超前消费。在这种转变过程中,信用卡的使用具有至关重要的作用。通过对信用卡的使用及还款情况进行调查,可以了解使用者的消费习惯和对信用卡风险的认知程度。对于金融机构,只有满足客户需求,设计新产品、完善征信制度、净化信用环境,才能在竞争中保持优势。
With the rapid development of the credit card market, people's consumption concept has changed, it changed from the savings to rational consumption, characteristic consumption and excessive consumption. Credit cards have a crucial role in this transition process. Through the use of credit cards and repayment investigation, we can understand the user's credit card spending habits and risk awareness. In order to maintain a competitive advantage for financial institutions, they must meet the demand of customer to design new products, to improve the credit system, to clean credit environment.
