吉林省县域经济“三化”发展现状分析

Research on the "Three Hua" Current Situation of the County Economy in Jilin Province

"三化"是指农业工业化、农业城镇化和农业现代化。根据联合国粮农组织的分类,农业现代化指标分为物质投入和效率两类指标,物质投入指标包括化肥和农机两类指标,效率包括耕地生产率、劳动生产率和化肥、农机投入产出率四类指标。目前我国已经进入工业反哺农业阶段,并且城镇化进程不断加深。吉林省作为我国粮食大省,更加需要进行农业工业化、城镇化、现代化以带动县域经济的发展,实现县域经济发展的新突破。在县域经济总体水平发展良好的情况下,吉林省可借着东北老工业基地和长吉图开发开放贸易先导区的利好政策,更好地发展吉林县域经济的工业化、城镇化和现代化。

＂Three Hua＂ as the name implies is refers to the agricultural industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization, according to the classification of the United Nations food and agriculture organization, agricultural modernization index divided into two categories, material input and efficiency index, material input indicators include two categories, fertilizer and agricultural machinery, including farmland productivity, labor productivity and efficiency chemical fertilizer, farm machinery four indexes into productivity. At present our country has entered the stage of industry regurgitation feeding agriculture and urbanization deepened, on this basis, the author thinks that as a big province of grain in China, Jilin province as food province, is even more need for agricultural industrialization, urbanization and modernization to promote the development of county economy, realize the new breakthrough of county economic development. In the good development situation of urban economy, the present development of Jilin province is in the northeast old industrial base and Chang-Ji-Tu figure development open trade leads under the policy of good news, better development of county economy of Jilin industrialization, urbanization and modernization.
