榕管蓟马最嗜颜色筛选及粘虫色板田间诱集效果研究 被引量:13

摘要 为明确榕管蓟马Gynairothrips uzeli Zimmerman最嗜颜色及粘虫色板田间诱集效果,以垂叶榕种植基地为试验点,比较榕管蓟马对10种颜色的嗜好差异,测定粘虫板颜色与悬挂高度、颜色与悬挂密度对榕管蓟马的互作效应,查验3种偏嗜颜色-悬挂高度-悬挂密度组合粘虫板的田间诱集效果。结果表明:榕管蓟马最嗜颜色为黄色,其次为紫色和青色,对其他7种颜色的嗜好较弱;粘虫板颜色、悬挂高度和悬挂密度均极显著影响榕管蓟马诱集,颜色与悬挂高度、颜色与悬挂密度对榕管蓟马诱集存在显著的互作效应;黄、青、紫等3种偏嗜颜色粘虫板的悬挂高度均以色板底端高出垂叶榕顶部10 cm为佳,适宜悬挂密度则分别为4片/100 m2、5片/100 m2和5片/100 m2;3种偏嗜颜色-悬挂高度-悬挂密度组合中,黄色组合粘虫色板对榕管蓟马的田间诱集效果最好。 To defined the favorite colors screening of Gynaikothrips uzeli Zimmerman and field trapping effect of sticky cards, we compared the favour difference of G. uzeli to ten colors, measured the interaction effect between color and hanging height( hanging density) of sticky cards to G. uzeli trapping,investigated the field trapping effect of sticky cards in three favour color- hanging height- hanging density groups to G. uzeli in the Ficus benjamina Linn. planting base. The result showed that yellow was the favorite color of G. uzeli,the next were purple and cyan. G. uzeli was weak favour to other seven colors. Color,hanging height and hanging density all significantly effected the trapping effect of sticky cards to G. uzeli,so did the interaction effect between color and hanging height( hanging density). The appropriate hanging height of yellow sticky card,cyan sticky card and purple sticky card were all ten centimeter above the top of F. benjamina where the bottom of sticky cards were. And the appropriate hanging density of three sticky cards were four piece /100 m2,five piece /100 m2,five piece /100 m2,respectively. The field trapping effect of yellow group sticky card was best in three favorite color-hanging height- hanging density groups.
