摘要
选用5种植物源农药,对松褐天牛Monochamus alternatus成虫进行室内毒力测定,并采用林间诱饵木涂药环法进行了防控试验。结果表明,5种植物源农药即1.2%烟碱·苦参碱、1%苦参·印楝素、0.4%蛇床子素、1.3%苦参碱和0.5%藜芦碱药剂对松褐天牛成虫的LD50分别为708.38、765.61、2581.70、7043.66和8314.31 mg/L,1.2%烟碱·苦参碱和1%苦参·印楝素制剂对松褐天牛成虫的KT50值分别为38.24和73.73 min;林间诱饵木诱杀试验显示,烟碱·苦参碱对松褐天牛成虫的触杀活性强,诱饵木毒环剂(10倍凡士林)对松褐天牛成虫的防控效果与8%氯氰菊酯(200倍液)喷涂诱饵木接近,可以作为替代药剂交替使用。
The effectiveness of five kinds of pesticides for controlling the beetles of Monochamus alternates was tested in the laboratory and the field. Results showed that the toxicities of the five insecticides on M.alternates adults were different. The order of the toxicity( LC50) of different insecticides was as follows:1. 2% nicotine plus matrine( LC50= 708. 38 mg / L) 〉 1% matrine plus azadirachtin( LC50=765. 61 mg / L) 〉 0. 4% cnidiadin( LC50= 2581. 70 mg / L) 〉 1. 3% matrine( LC50= 7043. 66 mg / L)〉 0. 5% veratrine( LC50= 8314. 31 mg / L). The toxicities( KT50) of 1. 2% nicotine plus matrine and1% matrine plus azadirachtin were 38. 24 min and 73. 73 min. The two most effective pesticides,1. 2%nicotine plus matrine( Vaseline 10) and 1% matrine plus azadirachtin( Vaseline 10), achieved control efficiencies approximate 8% cypermethrin( WL 200) after application. Results indicated that thus botanical pesticide could be used as a substitute insecticide of cypermethrin in the control of M.alternates to delay the appearance of insect pest resistance.
