摘要
采用常规喷雾法,比较了几种药剂对荔枝蝽蟓Tessaratoma papillosa Drury若虫的室内毒力和田间药效。室内毒力测定结果表明,有5种药剂毒力较高,依次为:丁硫克百威>高效氯氟氰菊酯>啶虫脒>敌百虫>呋虫胺,24 h的LC50分别为4.24、6.43、7.57、11.55、14.14 mg/L。田间试验结果表明,5%高效氯氟氰菊酯微乳剂、20%呋虫胺可溶粒剂、25%啶虫脒乳油、200 g/L丁硫克百威乳油、90%敌百虫晶体1000倍液药后1-14 d对荔枝蝽蟓若虫的防效分别为99.26%-100%、91.77%-100%、80.40%-90.09%、78.37%-85.65%、80.33%-91.14%。5%高效氯氟氰菊酯微乳剂和20%呋虫胺可溶粒剂对荔枝蝽蟓若虫的防治效果最好,25%啶虫脒乳油和90%敌百虫晶体的防效一般,而200 g/L丁硫克百威乳油的防效则相对较差。
Toxicity of several insecticides against nymphs of Tessaratoma papillosa Drury was tested in the laboratory and fields by spraying method. The toxicity testing results showed that five pesticides had higher toxicity,as follows: carbosulfan 〉 lambda- cyhalothrin 〉 acetainprid 〉 trichlorfon 〉 dinotefuran,and the 24 h LC50 values were 4. 24,6. 43,7. 57,11. 55 and 14. 14 mg / L,respectively. The field experiment results showed that the control effects of 5% lambda- cyhalothrin,20% dinotefuran,25%acetamiprid,200 g / L carbosulfan and 90% trichlorfon at a dilution of 1: 1000 after one to fourteen days were 99. 26%- 100%,91. 77%- 100%,80. 40%- 90. 09%,78. 37%- 85. 65%,80. 33%-91. 14%,respectively. Lambda- cyhalothrin( 5%) and dinotefuran( 20%) had the best control effects,and acetainprid( 25%) and trichlorfon( 90%) had the medium control effects on T. papillosa.However,control effects of 200 g / L carbosulfan were relatively poor.
