摘要 目的探讨拆分-重组法在产程图讲解过程中的应用效果,为产程图相关知识教学提供方法支持。方法将上海健康职业技术学院助产专业二年级学生按班级分为对照组(2班、45人)和实验组(1班、50人),对照组采用与教材相同的单张产程图进行讲解,实验组采用"拆分-重组法"讲解产程图。原有的1张PPT展示的标准产程图,先拆分、再重组的方式进行讲解。比较两组学生对产程图相关基本知识掌握情况及实际运用知识能力。结果对照组产程图相关基本知识的客观题测验结果为(9.69±3.06)分,实验组为(12.50±2.55)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组根据教材中产程图文字描述画产程图、根据临床实际案例描述画产程图的正确率显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论拆分-重组法具有简便、直观、易操作、节省授课时间的优点,有利于学生记忆和理解产程图,提高学生对相关基础知识的掌握和实际应用能力。 Objective To study the effect of splitting-recombination method used in teaching of partogram. Methods Grade two mid- wifery students studied in Shanghai Academy of Health and Sciences were enrolled. The control group (Class 2 with 45 cases) was used a single partogram covering the same contents as the textbook, while the experimental group (Class 1 with 50 cases) received splitting-recombination method to study the partogram., the standard partogram was splitted and then recombined during the teaching. Knowledge of partogram and practical ability to use partogram were compared between the two groups. Results The score of objective test questions was 9.69 ± 3.06 points in the control group and 12.50 ± 2.55 points in the experimental group, with significant difference between them (P〈0.01). The correct rates of drawing of a partogram according to text description or clinical situation were significantly higher in the experimental group than the control group (P〈0.01 for both). Conclusion Splitting-recombination method is simple, visual, operational, and timesaving in teaching of partogram, which benefits students not only to memorize and understand partogram but also to enhance practical ability.
