摘要
For these recent years, China＇s cot- ton industry has been continually suffering a series of unfavorable factors, such as insufficient domestic demand, the shock from import yams, which make the whole industry trapped in a blue situation. Furthermore, the industry has gradually growing polarization： the good ones, with large-scale operation, innovation in technology and management, unique position for products, maintain good momentum of development： while the bad ones, with capital scarcity, lack of innovative capability, and ＂commoditization＂ trap of products, lead to the way on halting production and bankrupt.
