动机激发与数学有效教学

摘要 最近笔者连续听了10多节高一数学课,发现所到班级总有少数同学不听课,偶尔还打磕睡执教老师抱怨说:现在的学生太难教了,课堂不听课,课后作业不想做,一到考试每个班级总有几个同学只考10多分,有些人根本就不想学!……这种情形称为数学学习过程中的非投入(非参与)现象,国内外已有许多学者对此进行过深入研究.在中国,随着义务教育的普及以及新课程中数学学科自身的特点等,这一问题也日趋严重.教师若不重视对该问题的处理,将严重影响教学.笔者认为,导致学生非参与的原因很多,学习动机淡薄是其中主要的方面.本文试就数学学习动机的激发谈一点看法,希望能为一线教师提供一些帮助.
