摘要
我们采用两步水热法制备了掺S的介孔TiO2纳米粉末。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、能谱分析(EDS)、BET比表面分析、透射电镜(TEM)、UV紫外可见光光谱分析对所制备样品的晶型、元素含量、形貌及光催化性能进行了表征。结果发现,水热法制备的纳米粉末颗粒较均一,呈珊瑚状的介孔结构,掺杂S可以有效提高介孔TiO2纳米粉末的降解率;实验中,在一定的掺铈浓度范围内,掺杂硫酸的最佳浓度为0.6mol/l。
We prepared S - doped mesoporous TiO2 nano powder dopting two steps hydrothermal. The crystal structure,element content,morphology and photocatalytic performance of the samples were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD),EDS spectrum analysis,BET specific surface analysis, transmission electron microscopy (TEM),UV ultraviolet visible light spectrum analysis.It was found that nano powder particles prepared by Hydrothermal is relatively uniform,a coralloid meso-porous structure,and doping S can effectively improve the degradation rate of mesoporous TiO2 nano powder;In experiment,within a certain range of cerium doped concentration,doping optimal concen-tration of sulfuric acid is 0.6 mol/l.
